Heli NRW is based at Mönchengladbach Airport, near Cologne and Düsseldorf, in the busy North Rhine-Westphalia area. Founded in 2011, primarily as a flight school, we do thousands of sightseeing and transport flights trips to the Rhineland and Ruhr areas, and the Netherlands and Belgium. Our welcoming flight academy provides all the training pilots need to earn their licence (PPL/CPL/FI) in a very varied landscape. From flat to hilly and from heavily urbanised to pure nature. We also offer many ratings and training on the EASA-certified virtual reality helicopter simulator from VRM Switzerland.
